- Same-Day Delivery
Can you not wait to get your favorite products from Sephora? With the same-day delivery service, you can have them delivered to your door in just a few hours. To place an order with same-day delivery, you must create a Beauty Insider account. The loyalty program comes with various perks, such as points you earn every time you shop, and that can later be redeemed for rewards.

- Standard Shipping
When selecting this option as the shipping method for your order, you will pay a shipping fee of $8.95 if your order is under $50. When your order total is over $50, though, you won’t be charged for shipping. This service is available on shipments to all provinces.

Sephora Returns & Exchanges
Whenever you don’t like something about a product, or you change your mind about an order, you can return it for a full refund. New and gently used products are, in most cases, accepted for such a refund if you return them within 30 days of purchase. The refund is issued via the original payment method.
If 30 days have passed, you can still return them as long as you do so within 31-60 days of purchase. The difference is that the returned products are eligible for online credit if you return the order by mail and store credit if you return it in-store. Proof of purchase is required in order for the return to be accepted.
Returns are free if you return the items in-store or by mail using Sephora’s pre-paid return shipping label. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The only exception is when the return results from an error on Sephora’s part.
