Indigo Home Delivery
Thanks to the retailer’s shipping options, you don’t even have to leave your home to get the items you need. Indigo offers three different shipping options:
- Standard Shipping
If you don’t mind waiting a bit longer for your order to arrive, the retailer’s standard shipping is worth considering. When your online order is shipped via this method, it can take from 1 to 9 business days for it to arrive. Various factors affect the delivery time, including the shipping destination, stock availability, and warehouse location.
At the time of writing, Indigo offers free standard shipping on eligible orders over $35, with this offer applying only to deliveries within Canada.
However, restrictions and exclusions apply. For example, this promotion is not valid for select remote areas. Plus, not all items are eligible for free shipping, and you should find information regarding this on the item page. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, you should see the delivery fee during checkout.
- Priority Shipping
When you go for this shipping option, you will receive your online order more quickly, but the fee is also higher and should be displayed during checkout. However, this option won’t be visible when standard shipping is equally speedy.
- Rush Shipping
Whenever you need an item urgently, but you can’t find it at your local store or don’t have time to shop in-store, you may want to consider the priority shipping option.
The delivery fee is higher, but if you place your order before noon (12:00) ET on business days, you should receive it the next business day. If you place it after this hour or on weekends, you will receive it within two business days. Depending on the shipping destination and the size of the items included in your order, shipping restrictions may apply.
Regardless of the shipping option you select, you should receive an email notification once the order ships. This email will include a tracking number and link to track your delivery.
Indigo Free Curbside Pickup
Curbside pickup is another way to get the products you need and save both time and money. The entire process is simple, and you can pick up the items you order online in as fast as three hours. There is no shipping fee for this service, and you will only pay the online prices for your item (plus applicable taxes).
Start by visiting the online store or using the Indigo app, select your store, and then Free Pickup Today. Add the desired items to your cart and then proceed to checkout.
Not all items are available for curbside pickup, but you should see if your item is available for Pickup in Store and when it’s available on the item details page. Also, only select items are available for pickup in 3 hours. The items that are not available in-store at the time of your purchase and are delivered from the warehouse will take a few days to arrive at the store.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. When the order is ready for pickup, you will receive another email with pickup instructions. This email should also include a link to the retailer’s Contactless Curbside Pickup landing page, where you can find your local store’s dedicated curbside pickup location.
Once you have reached the store and parked in the designated area, call the store and an associate will bring the order to your car.
Not all Indigo locations offer curbside pickup, so make sure to check the retailer FAQ page to see if this service is available at your local store. Plus, tracking is not available for Ship to Store orders, plum membership cards, or gift cards.
Indigo Free Returns
If you’re not satisfied with the items you received, you can return them for a full refund up to 30 days from the shipping date. Not all items are eligible for a full refund, though. To benefit from free returns, you can send the items via Canada Post and follow the steps mentioned here. You can also return them to any Chapters, Indigo, or Coles store.
