Structube Home Delivery
Given that many of the items offered by Structube are furniture and large products, shopping them in-store and transporting them with your car to your home may not be an option. Not to mention that a busy schedule may sometimes stop you from in-store shopping. Here is where online shopping and home delivery come in.
Structube’s online store features a wide variety of products that you can easily order and have delivered to your doorstep. The retailer ships within Canada. Shipping to P.O. boxes is excluded, though.
While smaller items, such as accessories, are shipped via Canada Post, larger and heavier items are shipped via the retailer’s in-home delivery.
- Free shipping conditions
If you opt for home delivery and your order is over $299 before all applicable taxes, you will benefit from free shipping. Most major cities in Canada qualify for the free delivery service. However, if your shipping address is outside the free delivery service zone, shipping fees will apply, and you should see them at checkout.
- Shipping fees
When your order includes items that are excluded from the free shipping offer, or its value is under $299, you will be charged for shipping. The shipping fee varies depending on the products ordered and delivery location. To see how much you will be charged for shipping, just enter your postal code when viewing your shopping cart.
For online purchases, Structube accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Structube-issued gift cards as payment methods. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. To check the status of your order, log in to your Structube account and go to “My orders.”
According to the information available on the retailer’s website at the time of writing, Structube currently offers contactless home deliveries.
In-Store and Distribution Centre Pickup
If Structube operates stores in your city and reaching one is not difficult for you, you can also order the items you like online and pick them up in-store or at the retailer’s distribution center. Add the products of interest to your shopping cart, select the store/distribution center of your choice at checkout, and then place your order.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has left Structube’s Distribution Center and an SMS when the order is ready for pickup. It typically takes up to 10 business days for the order to arrive at the store. It may take longer, even up to 14 business days, if the selected store is outside the provinces of Quebec and Ontario.
If you choose to pick it up at the Distribution Center, you will receive an email confirmation when the order is available for pick-up at the distribution center.
Make sure to have your original receipt or e-mail receipt ready as it is required when picking up your order. Plus, if the items you ordered are heavier or larger, make sure you bring a friend or family member to help you carry them out of the store and load them into your vehicle, as Structube does not ensure these services.
The order will be held in-store 14 days from the moment it has arrived at the store for pickup. If you don’t pick it up within this timeframe, it will be canceled and refunded.
Structube Returns
If you’re not satisfied with the products you received, you can exchange them or return them for a refund within 7 days of pickup or delivery. The items you return/exchange must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Liquidation and final sale items are not accepted for refunds or exchanges. Check the retailer’s Warranty Policy to see if your items qualify for a return/exchange.
For purchases you made online, you will have to fill out an online form in order to initiate the return process. In case you placed/picked up the order in-store, contact the nearest Structube store.
Keep in mind that you are responsible for the return shipping fee, which is $69 plus applicable taxes. The method of payment you used for your purchase will be used for the refund.
