Aritzia Home Shipping Options & Fees
Thanks to the retailer’s online store, you can refresh your fashion collection without even leaving your home. There are various shipping options you can choose from, and placing an online order is a simple process.
- Standard shipping
If you don’t urgently need the items you order, you may want to consider the standard shipping service. The order typically arrives in 1 – 4 business days, with the service being free when you place an order over $50 excluding taxes while signed into an aritzia.com account. If your order value is less than that, you will pay a $7.50 shipping fee.
Standard shipping is the only option available for orders shipped to P.O. boxes, rural postal codes, and remote locations. In such cases, the order will arrive a bit later than usual.
- Express shipping
Whenever you need your order to be delivered faster, the express shipping service is worth trying. The items you order online will arrive in 1 – 3 business days, and the shipping fee is $10.
- Priority shipping
For those who are not on a limited budget and don’t mind paying more for having their order delivered to their place, the retailer’s priority shipping is an option worth trying.
If you place your order before 2 pm Monday to Friday, you will receive it the next business day. If you place it after 2 pm Monday to Sunday, you will receive it within two business days. The fee for this service is $15.

Aritzia Returns & Exchanges
If the products you receive don’t fit or you change your mind about them, you can return them for a refund or exchange. For purchases you make online, you can return the items via mail or directly in an Aritzia store.
When returning an item via mail, a return postage fee of $8.00 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund. There is no fee for in-store returns.
If you return fully-priced products within 14 days of the shipping date, you will get a full refund. For such returns made within 30 days of the shipping date, you will receive merchandise credit on an eGift Card. Aritzia does not accept returns after this timeframe.
In case your order includes sale items that are marked with a discount of less than 50%, you have 14 days of the shipping date to return them and you will only receive merchandise credit on an eGift Card. Sale or discounted items don’t qualify for refunds to the original form of payment. The retailer offers only in-store exchanges for purchases made online.
Regardless of how you purchased the items you want to return or exchange – online or in-store -, they must be unused and undamaged. Also, they must have the original tags attached. You will be required to show a valid receipt.
