Garage Home Delivery
Shopping in-store may not always be possible, whether because of your busy schedule or just because there is no physical store in your area. Here is where online shopping comes in. Thanks to the retailer’s online store, you can purchase the products you like best and have them delivered to your place.
Garage ships across Canada via Canada Post and Intelcom, offering the following shipping methods.
- Standard shipping
If you don’t mind waiting a bit longer for your order to arrive, you may want to go for Garage’s standard shipping. Orders shipped via this method take 3 to 7 business days to arrive.
When your online order is up to $49, you will pay a shipping fee of $9. However, you will benefit from free standard shipping when you spend $50 or more online before taxes and after discounts have applied. Unfortunately, orders that are being shipped to Nunavut, Yukon, or the Northwest Territories are not eligible for this offer.
- Express shipping
For a $10 shipping fee, your order can arrive faster, that is, in 2 to 5 business days via express shipping.
- Same-day shipping powered by Uber
Garage also offers same-day shipping to select provinces across Canada. Uber fulfills this service, and the option should be displayed at checkout if you live in one of these areas. Check the Shipping Policy page for the complete list of the areas that qualify for same-day delivery.
To qualify for this service, you will have to place your order before 3 pm. If you place it after this hour, you will receive it the next day.

Returns & Exchanges
Not happy with the items you received? You can return them for a refund or exchange if you meet certain criteria. Garage offers free returns for all online purchases. You can return the products via one of the following methods:
- By mail
To return an item you ordered online by mail, you will have to log into your Garage account, go to Order History, and select the order you want to return. If you place the order as a guest, then you must fill out a form. Once you have located the order, select “Print Return Label.” Attach this label to the package and then drop it off at any Canada office.
- In-store
If you have a physical Garage store in your town or nearby, you can also return the items directly in-store. In this case, bring the item in its original condition with the receipt proving your purchase.
In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, the items must be returned within 30 days of the order date. In addition, they must be unused and unworn and have their original tags attached.
Exchanges can only be done in-store regardless of the type of purchase you made, online or in-store. Some restrictions apply, so make sure to check the Return Policy page to see which items are not eligible for returns. Plus, keep in mind that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
