Home Shipping Options and Fees
Things have evolved so much in the last decades that you can now shop and enjoy your favorite products without even leaving your place. When it comes to Kent.ca, you can place an order online or by phone and have the items delivered at the address of choice within Canada.
When ordering online, you will see the delivery options available during checkout. However, depending on the items you want to order and the shipping location, select options may not be available. You can then opt for the one that best meets your needs.
Parcels are shipped from Moncton, NB via BNI, Midland, Canada Post Expedited Parcel, Canada Post Xpresspost, and FedEx Ground.
The shipping fee depends on the order size and weight and your shipping location; it is thus adjusted accordingly.
For orders from the store or a nearby store selected as “My Store,” delivery can be fulfilled on a Kent delivery vehicle. This service is available for most products, and a flat fee of $50 applies during checkout for deliveries up to 50km from the selected store. However, there are cases when additional fees may apply. For example, you may pay such an additional fee when special equipment is involved.
Once your order has been delivered, you will receive an email including a tracking number that you can use to check the progress of your order. Most orders ship within 24 – 72 hours from when you submit them. Exceptions apply, though.
Free Delivery
At the time of writing, Kent.ca offers free shipping on select orders.
- Free parcel delivery
This offer applies to eligible products totaling $49 before taxes and orders placed on kent.ca only. However, some restrictions and exclusions apply. For example, these orders should be 150 lbs (68kg) or less. Plus, oversized items and/or non-Atlantic shipments are excluded. All purchases that qualify for this offer are delivered via standard shipping.
- Free next-day delivery
In certain cases, you can benefit from free next-day delivery and thus save both time and money. To get this offer, your order must be placed before 6 PM Monday to Friday or before 4 PM on Saturday and Sunday, and it should weigh under 40lbs and have a total volume of less than 4 cubic feet.
In addition, the order must be delivered to an address in New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, or select areas in Nova Scotia. However, delays may occur. In-Store/Curbside Pickup
If you want to save both time and money, you might want to go for Kent’s in-store/curbside pickup option. The retailer offers you the possibility to order online and pick up the order in-store or curbside. Here are the steps to take based on the option you choose:
- Contactless curbside pickup
If you still prefer a contactless experience, you might want to consider this option. Just select “Pick up in-store” when ordering online. Then, add the items of interest to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout to complete the order.
You will receive an email notification letting you know that your order is ready for pickup. Go to the store, park in the designated area, and call the number provided. A staff member will then bring the order to your car. Make sure to have your ID and order confirmation number ready as they are required.
- In-store pickup

In case you don’t mind picking up the order in-store, select the store you want to pick up your order from and place your online order. Once you have received the email confirmation, go to the selected store and pick up your order at the customer service desk. Keep in mind that this service is not available at all stores.
