Shipping Services
Whether your schedule is too busy or there is no physical Lululemon store in your town, you can still get your favorite Lululemon products. Thanks to the retailer’s shipping services, you can enjoy your must-haves without even leaving your place.
Lululemon ships across Canada via FedEx and Canada Post, offering different shipping services, as we will see below. It also ships to an APO/FPO/DPO address, but transit times can take up to 45 business days. Here is more on shipping options and fees:
- Standard Shipping
Orders shipped via this method arrive in 2 – 6 business days, and according to the information available at the time of writing, there is no shipping fee.
- Express Shipping
You can get your order delivered faster by selecting Express Shipping during checkout. Orders arrive in 2 – 4 business days, and the shipping fee is $20.
- Priority Shipping
When you need your order to be delivered as fast as possible, priority shipping may be a more suitable option, as the order will arrive in 2 – 3 business days. You will be charged a $30 shipping fee for this service, though.
The retailer does not guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to P.O. boxes or rural zip codes. That’s why it is probably better to select standard shipping if you need the order to be delivered to such an address.
Once you have placed your online order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you want to track the status of your order, log in to your account, go to the Order Status page, and enter the tracking number for your order.
Buy Online, Pick Up At Store
If you don’t have enough time to shop in-store, you can choose the in-store pickup option, as you can benefit from the convenience of shopping online and save on shipping. Take the usual steps to place your order but make sure to select the store where you want to pick it up, then choose “Buy Online, Pick Up in Store” during checkout.
It is best first to select the store you want to pick up your order from and then look for the items of interest, as you will thus see only the products available at the selected store. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Make sure to head to the store only after receiving this email.

Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, the items we buy online may not always be the right fit or may not meet our expectations. If that happens when you order online, you can return them for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Returns are free and can be done in-store or by mail.
The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, accompanied by proof of purchase, and with their original tags attached. Select restrictions and exclusions apply. For example, final sale items, gift cards, and face masks are not accepted for returns and exchanges, and online purchases can be exchanged only in-store.
Online returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days once the return reaches the retailer’s warehouse. The same number of days is needed for in-store returns.
