- Express Delivery
Whenever you need the items you order to be delivered as fast as possible, Express shipping is a more suitable option. The items typically arrive within 2 – 3 business days, and the shipping fee varies from $6.50 to $15.00 as they are based on your order total.
- Electronic Delivery
When purchasing online eGift Cards, they will be delivered via email, and the sender’s name and email address will be included for the recipient.

Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store/Curbside
If you want to save both time and money when purchasing M·A·C products, you may want to try the “Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store” option.
Benefitting from this service is easy as all you have to do is add the desired items to your shopping cart and then select “Buy Online Pickup In-Store” in your shopping cart. Next, select the store that has the products in stock and that you want to pick up the items from.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and later an email letting you know that your order is ready for pickup.
You have three days from the moment you receive the “ready for pickup” email to pick up your order. If you don’t pick it up within this timeframe, it will be canceled, and you will be refunded. However, you can request an extension if needed. Just contact the store and let them know about it.
To collect your order, you will have to show a valid Photo ID and the confirmation email. Select stores also offer curbside pickup, and this service should be displayed at checkout when available. If you select this option, you will have to call the chosen store once you’ve reached it, and a store associate will bring the order to you.
Returns
If the products you received don’t meet your expectations or you simply changed your mind, you can return them for a refund or exchange. You can return the products as you received them or the unused portion of those you tried and did not live up to your expectations, and you will be refunded the full amount of the purchase. However, shipping fees are not refundable.
Restrictions and exclusions apply, though. For example, M·A·C Gift Cards and eGift Cards are not eligible for returns, and thus refunds, and discounted products are eligible only for exchanges.
