Ordering online is a pretty straightforward process. Start by selecting the items you want to purchase. When doing so, you should see if the items are eligible for parcel shipping, in-store pickup, or truck delivery. Réno-Dépôt delivers the items that can be handled as a parcel via Canada Post and Purolator.
When you place an order including items that can be shipped as parcels and spend over $49, you will benefit from free shipping. This promotion doesn’t apply to truck delivery or home appliances. Plus, parcel delivery is unavailable for some remote locations, including Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories.
If the purchase you made online is eligible for parcel delivery but does not qualify for the free shipping offer, you will pay a shipping fee that varies based on the total amount of the order before taxes. Check the retailer’s Parcel Shipping page for more details regarding these fees.
If the item that may be delivered as a parcel is in-stock at your selected store, you should receive it within two business days. However, after you place your order, you should receive a confirmation email including details regarding the status of your order and a tracking number. If your order is over $250, you will have to provide your signature upon delivery.

Truck Delivery
As mentioned above, after adding items to your shopping cart, you should see the type of delivery available for those specific items. Given that many products available at Réno-Dépôt are large and heavy, truck delivery may often be the only shipping option available.
The shipping fee will be listed at checkout, and it includes curbside or doorstep delivery only. After placing such an order, the selected store will contact you within 24 hours to schedule the delivery. The order is typically delivered in 48 – 72 hours, depending on the availability of the store’s delivery service.
Réno-Dépôt In-Store and Curbside Pickup
If you don’t mind going to your local Réno-Dépôt store, but you’d still like to benefit from the convenience of online shopping, you can combine the two by placing an online order and picking it up in-store. This service is free.
If you see “In-Store Pick-Up” in the shopping cart, it means you can purchase the added items online and pick them up in-store. After placing such an order, you will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select a time slot that suits you.
When you arrive at the store, you have two options, depending on whether you chose In-Store or Curbside Pickup. If you selected In-Store Pickup, go to the Pick-Up Zone near the cash register to collect your order.
If you selected Curbside Pickup, park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and a Réno-Dépôt associate will bring the order to your car. Make sure to bring a government-issued photo ID and a copy of the confirmation email, as they are required when picking up your order.
Réno-Dépôt Returns & Exchanges
When you’re not entirely satisfied with the product you received, you can return it within 90 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit. However, specific criteria must be met in order for your return to be accepted. The items must be in their original condition and packaging.
You can return the items online by using the Returns and Orders page or in-store. If you prefer to return it in person, you can do so at the store where you picked up the order from. Make sure to have the sales receipt with you if you want to be refunded to the original payment method.

If you no longer have the sales receipt, but the item you want to return meets all the criteria mentioned above, it may be accepted at Reno-Depot’s discretion. In such cases, though, you will be refunded the lowest system price as a store credit/gift card.
