- Same-Day Delivery
Can you not wait to get your favorite products from Sephora? With the same-day delivery service, you can have them delivered to your door in just a few hours. All orders are shipped by 8 pm local time if you place them before 4 pm local time. In case you place your order after this time, you will receive it the following day.
To place an order with same-day delivery, you must create a Beauty Insider account. The loyalty program comes with various perks, such as points you earn every time you shop, and that can later be redeemed for rewards.

- Standard Shipping

Sephora Returns & Exchanges
Whenever you don’t like something about a product, or you change your mind about an order, you can return it for a full refund. New and gently used products are, in most cases, accepted for such a refund if you return them within 30 days of purchase. The refund is issued via the original payment method.
If 30 days have passed, you can still return them as long as you do so within 31-60 days of purchase. The difference is that the returned products are eligible for online credit if you return the order by mail and store credit if you return it in-store. Proof of purchase is required in order for the return to be accepted.
Returns are free if you return the items in-store or by mail using Sephora’s pre-paid return shipping label. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The only exception is when the return results from an error on Sephora’s part.
