The Body Shop Canada Shipping Methods & Fees
If shopping in-store is not possible, you can take advantage of online shopping. The Body Shop Canada ships to street addresses in Canada but does not ship to PO Boxes. It accepts various payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Google Pay.

The following shipping methods are available:
- Standard Ground Shipping
Orders shipped via this method typically take 6-9 business days to arrive if they ship to one of the Canadian provinces and 10-12 business days if they ship to the Territories. The fee for this service is $9.95 when your order is under $59.99 and free when you spend $60 or more online.
This is valid for orders shipping to a Canadian province. In case your order is to be delivered to the Territories, you will be charged $30 for standard ground delivery.
- Express Shipping
If you need an order to be delivered faster, you might want to consider the retailer’s express shipping option. For orders shipping to one of the Provinces, the shipping fee is $15.50, and it typically takes 3-4 business days for them to arrive.
In case your order ships to the Territories, the express shipping fee is $50, and the delivery time is 5-7 business days.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You can track your order status on the “My Account” page. It is worth keeping an eye on the retailer’s offers as it often runs shipping deals.
Click & Collect
To help you save both time and money, The Body Shop also offers you the possibility to order online and pick up your order in-store. If this option is available in your area, you should see it displayed during checkout.
Within 24 hours of your purchase, you will receive an email notifying you when the order is ready for pickup. Follow the instructions provided in this email when arriving at the selected pickup location.
Returns & Exchanges
If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with the products you received, you can return them for a refund in-store or by mail within 45 days of the purchase date. Make sure to have the original receipt ready to show if returning the items in-store. This receipt should be included in the package if you return the items by mail.
However, if you no longer have the original receipt, you will be offered an exchange or gift card based on the lowest selling price of the item(s) that has been available at the store level within the last 45 days. Discounts, promotions, and other offers will also be considered.
