- Standard shipping
If you’re not an H&M member, you can benefit from free shipping when you spend over $50 on an online order. If your order is under $50, then you will pay a $7.99 shipping fee.
H&M members benefit from free standard shipping when they place an order over $30. For any order below this threshold, the $7.99 shipping fee applies.
The retailer delivers Monday to Friday, except on Bank Holidays, and the order typically arrives within 4 – 8 business days from the moment you receive the order confirmation. If you live in a rural or remote area, the shipping time may be extended by up to 5 additional days.
- Express shipping
There may be times when waiting up to 8 days or more to receive the order is not possible. When you need the items faster, you can opt for express shipping. However, in this case, you will pay a higher fee, which is $14.99, whether you are an H&M member or not.
The order typically arrives within 2 to 4 business days following the order confirmation. However, the shipping time may be extended during peak selling periods. Plus, express shipping is available only in Canada, except for rural/remote addresses. Depending on order size, weight, and item type, other delivery restrictions may apply.
- Next day shipping
When you need your desired items urgently but can’t reach an H&M store to shop, the retailer’s next-day delivery service is worth taking advantage of. Orders arrive within 1 – 2 business days when delivered via this service, and the shipping fee is $19.99.
Orders placed before 11 am ET Monday to Friday are delivered the next day, and those placed after 11 am ET on Friday or anytime on the weekend are delivered on Tuesday at the latest.
This service is not available during peak selling periods and for P.O. boxes, NT, YT, NU, and rural/remote addresses.

Returns

H&M will use the same payment method you initially used for the purchase to refund the value of the items you returned.
